Half their employees are helpful, courteous and great, the rest are rude, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional. I don't know why they have a phone number, everything ends with "leave a voicemail" whether it is prescriptions, talk to a nurse, or whatever else. I have waited several days for a response to my voicemail, and my voicemail to get my prescriptions filled a few days ago has not been looked at because my pharmacist has not received anything. All of the restructuring and "improvements" made to Houston Healthcare have made it unbearably inefficient and extremely difficult to do anything. I remember when a 2 minute phone call answered my questions, set up an appointmet, or got prescriptions sent. Now every call is 5 minutes of listening to options and hours and info I don't need,

I had a mammogram done. The registration people were lovely. Unfortunately, this facility is not handicap friendly. I use a walker and struggle to walk or stand. I mentioned this when I scheduled the appointment. The bathroom I was directed to was not equipped to accommodate walkers or wheelchairs. But even worse was the attitude of the tech who did the mammogram. She acted as if my limitations were an annoyance to her. I literally had to tell her at one point that I was going to fall. Eventually she asked with an annoyed voice if I needed to have it done seated. Why was this option not mentioned to begin with? And why only after half the test was done, and offered in a snaky way? They have always been clean everything is always wiped down. During covid quarantine I had to go in and still we wear a mask in 2022 just went in and April 2022 everybody was wearing masks the social distancing was lightened up but everybody still is respectful of the social distancing when we can. I have to get my blood drawn twice a year. Radiology is the best in five counties. The new 3D mammogram is wonderful. My files have been on their computer since 1999 2006 they found breast cancer. Just a routine mammogram that I get every year with them. They saved my life it was only stage 1 because I do go in for mammograms every year. It was a slow growing cancer. It is like going home the staff at the front desk have been working there for a few years and know me by my name.

Front check in at W1 Aerial Brown the young lady at the check in. Her amazing friendly greeting of each patient was above what anyone would expect!! Effectively efficient the room was moving soooo smoothly!! Please keep this lady out front she’s amazing!! This was my first time here so I’ll be back Great JOB !!

Literally the slowest of all health centers. I thought Macon was bad but omg Houston health pavilion takes the cake. Every time I make an appointment here they call and change it at least 2 times and they want you here half an hour early but for what??? They still don't see you for at least another hour or so after that.... It's an unorganized mess. Last time my doctor actually told me he wasn't told I was in the room waiting on him so he didn't even know I was there until I got up and walked out and asked if they'd forgotten me!!!!
