My grandmother recently stayed at this nursing home, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional from day one. They treated her with kindness and respect, which gave us so much peace of mind. The rehab team worked with her consistently, and the non-stop therapy truly helped her regain her strength and confidence to return home. We saw real progress, and that meant everything to us. She also mentioned how much she enjoyed the food she said it was amazing! The entire staff were always by her side, attentive and ready to help whenever she needed anything. Thank you to everyone there for making her stay comfortable, supportive, and successful. We truly appreciate all that you do!

My mom has been receiving care at this rehabilitation center, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff. From the moment she arrived, everyone has gone above and beyond. Administrator Jackie has been absolutely amazing — truly one of a kind. She answers questions no matter the time of day and even shared her personal number so I could reach her directly. “Above and beyond” doesn’t begin to describe the level of care and compassion she provides. The Director of Nursing has also been incredible. When my mom had to return to the hospital, both Jackie and the Director personally called me that evening to check on her and make sure she was doing okay. That level of genuine concern means so much. The nurses, aides, and physical therapy staff have all treated my mom with the utmo

The staff was very friendly and kind. They were accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns. The administrators and nurses seemed to genuinely care. Facility was clean with food that my father enjoyed.

This Tiger has changed its stripes. My Mother recently completed a rehab stay here and received excellent care and attention throughout. It started with the administrator who was caring, engaging, and informative. This level of service continued with her staff including social worker, rehab team, head of nursing, business mgr, and food service management. Each of them were responsive and really listened. The hands on care by the CNAs and Nurses was also very good. Six years ago my Father was in this facility and the care was not acceptable. Congratulations to this organization for really turning things around. We will not hesitate to use them in the future if needed.

My father is receiving care at this facility. I can only say ‘Thank You’ to the administration, nurse, staff and aids working with him in your rehabilitation center. Your care and attention is greatly appreciated; my Dad seems to be more like his old self.
