Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Roxboro

Always a pleasant experience from when they answer the phone asking "How can we make you smile today", to the Girls in the office engaging in conversation like we've been friends forever, which puts one at ease. The girls always take the time to answer any and all of my questions with sincerity, and the treatments never feel rushed. My interactions with Dr Bayliff have been quick, direct, and to the point, but never unpleasant. The new renovations are looking great, very bright and not overwhelming.

I don’t give reviews often but, I have to give double Kudos to Lane & Associates Dental in Roxboro on Ridge Road. The entire team are awesome, appreciates their customers and shows it in so many ways. Dr. Baliff is first rate and I am proud to say he does great work. He is kind and understanding and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. If something is not feeling right after your work is done he will not stop until you are very satisfied with your results. Their prices are very competitive, fair and they even offer their own low cost dental plan and they service veterans too! My father, a wwII veteran would have chose him over his old dental office if he was still here.They also service our veterans too! I have found my favorite dental office close to home. I recently had my second dental cleaning at the Roxboro - Lane and Associates office. I had the same person both times. My appointments were six months apart as usual. My second appointment was the most painful cleaning I have ever had in my life. She was so rough on me. I take great care of my teeth, I have no fillings, crowns, etc. I hurt so bad that day and was sore for several days. I hope no one else will ever experience that. That was brutal! I have had wisdom teeth surgery and four teeth pulled at one time and went through braces years ago. The pain level this time was right up there with those. Have mercy…..

Alma was fantastic!! Very friendly, personable and easy to talk to. Dr Paula was great as well, thorough and professional. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely recommend Layne and Associates to anyone!!

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful when I come to the Roxboro office. Today I had the pleasure of having Kaitlin for my cleaning. She always speaks and makes me feel welcome. I highly recommend the Roxboro office!
