Soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and sweet smile from Aiyanna. The place was nice clean and staff was very pleasant. Ms Lissa and Kim was very kind and Dr Thomas was transparent which I loved. I absolutely recommend this location .I promise you would not be disappointed. God bless the entire staff. Very disappointing experience. I was told three different diagnoses by three different people, which shows a clear lack of consistency and concern for patient care. One visit ended with them sending me to the hospital, only to find out it wasn’t handled properly in the first place. They are not insurance-friendly and made it very clear that money comes first. I did not feel like my well-being mattered, just the bill. An urgent care should provide clarity and care, not confusion and stress. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine medical help.

From check-in to check-out, everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. The front desk staff greeted me right away, the nurse listened carefully to my concerns, and the doctor was thorough and compassionate. The clinic was clean, convenient, and I was seen quickly. It’s rare to find healthcare that’s both efficient and caring, but this urgent care definitely delivered!

Front desk was prompt in getting me signed in. The nurse was great and the doctor, Matt, was spot on. Diagnosed my condition and was attentive to my concerns. Prescribed my medication and hopefully will get well soon.

Fast, friendly, and efficient service was extended from actual entrance/front desk to doctors' room; Total Grandeur describes the care that was extended to me. Deepest Appreciation, Gratitude, and Reverence for total EXCELLENCE!!
