Rosewood Heights

What can I say about Rosewood. My father was brought in, essentially bed ridden. The weekend staff here is terrible and neglectful. In addition to not taking care of my father’s needs, when trying to approach anyone for help, our family was met with rudeness, terrible behavior and words, and our requests were ignored. We were left to find whomever our father’s nurses and CNAs were, to get him the help that he needed. In addition to overall rudeness, when I asked who the Nurses name was so I can speak with Administration on Monday, this nurse, who seems to be in charge of things, refused to give me her name. Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly, professional, and compassionate. They took excellent care of my father and the physical and occupational therapy he received was top notch. I highly recommend them.

My stay at the Rosewood was great. When I first went in, I couldn't do much, but they were able to get me to where I needed to be to go home. My nurse Chemere is absolutely amazing; she is so caring and compassionate. My favorite CNA was Abby she just takes her time with me and would always checks on me. The therapy department is absolutely the very best. If you need a place for your loved one this is the best place to go.

What a wonderful skilled nursing facility! Every person on staff is absolutely amazing. Without their assistance and encouragement, I know my progress would have taken much longer. I felt like family! Trust me…5 stars are simply not enough!!
