I recently had an ultrasound with Natalya, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care she provided. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Natalya took the time to explain each step, made sure I was comfortable, and handled everything with such attentiveness and compassion. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such genuine care. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an ultrasound. Thanks again Natalya!!
If you had asked me how I feel about Rosetta Radiology before my last appointment I would have said FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. But my appointment in January left me very disappointed. The technician who was supposed to give me a secondary test following my mammogram spent 45 minutes chitchatting with her aunt who had come in for a check up. I patiently waited but finally had to leave for another doctor’s appointment. I exited the waiting room and spoke to one of the radiologists because there was no one else to ask why there was such a long delay. The technician was about three feet from this conversation. I looked at her as if to say, wrap it up. But she didn’t care. She kept right on gossiping with her aunt. I finally couldn’t wait any longer so I got dressed and pressed the button for the
I have been using Rosetta for years even though my Dr suggest imaging facility at my hospital. I chose Rosetta because the doctors are very good and polite. But recently I tried booking an appointment and it is a nightmare. It’s difficult sending my script via email as it gets rejected and getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. I will take my money to another facility. I am really sad because I am comfortably with the doctors.
I used Rosetta in the past and had a seamless experience. I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to schedule a mammogram appointment. Nobody answers the phone, you are led to voicemail. I left numerous messages. Finally someone called me back and unfortunately I missed the call. So again I left messages until finally I was able to catch the call. I asked the woman on the phone what’s going on and she explained really rudely that they’re testing out a new phone system. I calmly expressed my feelings that as a patient it is concerning that it should be this difficult to schedule such an important appointment such as a mammogram. Wow!!! The level of rudeness and inappropriateness that she answered me back in, I am in shock. She was unprofessional and rude and then began to yell at me th
10 stars if I could! I'm not even 40 yet, but due to family history and other things I've been going for breast imaging for the last 5 or so years. This is BY FAR the best facility I've been to. I made the appointment the day prior, on the day of I didn't wait at all. Filled out paperwork, went right upstairs, changed, and was seen right away. Everyone was very nice. The best part? The radiologist gives you results right then and there. This would've spared me a lot of worry and anxiety in the past. I will ALWAYS come here for my mammos/sonos from now on. Highly recommend!
