I’m extremely disappointed with this dental practice. After 2 1/2 years of not hearing a single word from them, I get a call out of the blue stating I have a balance of $1300!??? At my last visit, now almost 3 years ago, I was told my dental insurance covered the procedure IN FULL. Period! I trusted the staff to verify the information accurately. I was told the secretary who handled the claims was no longer with the practice. To wait this long to inform a patient-then expect immediate payment otherwise told it will go straight to collections-is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of transparency and organization. This was my first visit to this office and even before I saw Dr Robert Deutch or his assistant I immediately said I would definitely return. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. It’s been 5 months since my permanent dentures were implanted. Dr. Robert Deutch is BRILLIANT! Honestly…he and his entire staff have been more than I expected: Professional, Caring, Courteous and Always Explaining exactly what to expect while answering all my questions. I have been seeing Dr. Mahshid for few years and she is fantastic! She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and handling my procedure with such care. I love the deep laser cleaning for my teeth—it’s so relaxing that it actually makes me fall asleep! The office is clean, modern, and the entire team is professional and welcoming. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for a good dentist 👍
