My grandmother was supposed to be here for 14 days, for inpatient rehabilitation, after an emergency surgery on her spine when she had a ruptured disc. Instead, she stayed here ONE night and then we opted to sign her out and take her home to receive care from there because truly, anything was better than this place. Thank God my aunt decided to stay with her on her first night there & was there to advocate for her...otherwise, she would have laid there suffering all night, shaking in pain, not able to empty her bladder or receive ANY type of care. Kelly was the only nice person at this facility and everyone else, all of the CNAs, were awful. I know CNAs are often overworked and under paid but there is absolutely zero excuse for literally yelling at my 83 year old grandmother & aunt, refuse

If I could give negative stars I would. Do not send a loved one or your worst enemy to this rehab facility. They are understaffed and many staff seem either untrained or uncaring. There are bright spots of staff who truly seem to care. However those cannot make up for the serious deficiencies of the rest. Due to their indifference, my mother was allowed to sit in a chair for over 2 hours knowing she was unable to move with a cracked pelvis. She also had other underlying health conditions that they did not seem to consider in how much care she needed. They only cared about rehab and that was minimal given her other issues.

The rose crest motto do the absolute least amount possible to receive that Medicare check, The facility was one of the worst experiences my family and father have ever experienced. During the 3 week stay at the rehabilitation area, My father was over dosed on insulin, he didn’t receive adequate therapy, and they left him there soiled for hours. The expected change time for a senior is 2 hours if they showed up after 4 hours it was a miracle. We found him on the floor one morning from when he had fallen and not one nurse came to check on him. Another nursed mocked him because the family had gone home for the evening with comments that were unprofessional. His neighbor roommate was also over dosed on insulin one night to the point he had to be admitted to the hospital. And they dropped him o

Have numerous issues with this facility. My father is a diabetic, he is constantly fed sugar. His wedding ring is missing and we have not been contacted by a supervisor now for several hours. Asked for a number to call I was shrugged of. I asked to have labs reviewed with us. They are withholding information which I suspect they never ran labs. So now I'm here on Google writing this nasty review to finally get some answers.

I would strongly advise against placing a loved one at Rosecrest Nursing Home. My grandfather was sent there only because he needed required physical therapy after suffering a stroke, and the care he received was unacceptable. They barely provided him with any physical therapy at all, which completely defeated the purpose of him being there. On top of that, their medication management was extremely poor his prescriptions were mishandled on multiple occasions. Even worse, when family members weren’t present, staff would taunt and belittle him instead of treating him with dignity and respect. It is heartbreaking to know that someone you love can be so neglected and mistreated in a facility that is supposed to help them recover. Rosecrest failed him in every way from medical oversight to ba
