Ingles Pharmacy

I had a horrible day and came to pick up my medicine and as soon as I was going to show the staff my insurance card on my phone—it died. The staff was kind enough to let me use their charger so I could still get my medicine… and they were very informative on my medications even though it was 30 minutes before closing. 100% recommend they went above and beyond and that’s hard to find now in today’s world! Thank you guys !

We have been a loyal Ingles customer for over 20 years. My experience with this pharmacy has changed that. My doctor warned me this am that this pharmacy was not checking their voice mails. I drove over 10 miles to be told they did not have my prescription yet. I asked if they would call me when it was ready - "no you will have to call us." I did call 2 hours later and stayed on hold for 7 minutes. They still have not filled it! Never had a reason to go to Publix -I DO NOW.

My dad's doctor called in his prescription a few minutes before 2pm today. I called the pharmacy a few minutes after 2 and was told it would be ready in about an hour. At 3:15 I approached the counter and was told it wasn't ready it would be a few minutes. No big deal. I told him I would just come back after while. I returned at 6:30 to be informed it still wasn't ready. I explained to the lady that it was called in before 2 today, I was here at 3:15 and was told it would be ready in a few minutes. She told me they had been very busy which I don't doubt but why did the previous cashier lie about when it would be ready? I told her I'd just come back tomorrow. I pulled back in my driveway at 7pm and received a text message from ingles saying it was ready. If they were going to text me, why w

I came in to get my medications ,this late afternoon. 2 had been filled but they said my antibiotic hadn’t been because they needed to see if insurance would pay . I told her that insurance would pay for this type and to please check again. She came back and said the insurance will pay . Could I just give them 10 min to fill ‘it’ and if I sit on the bench at the end of the counter ,she will come give me my med there and I can pay in the back. I went and sat on the bench until they called my name . It was about 10 min like she said . I got up ,looked behind the counter at the lady ,for a few min ,and no response . So here I am , back in line and it’s been 10 min here . 2 people in front of me ,4 people behind me . The staff is nice ,though .

This place is great. Never again will I deal with CVS. Text refills and notifications along with the actual ability to get in touch with someone by phone if needed are all great features here.
