I met with the Care team today regarding my niece who is a resident of Magnolia Manor of Inman. She has been there about four months and I am very thrilled with her care. I’m thrilled with the cleanliness. They work real hard to make sure she has the food she likes. She has gained 3 pounds and I feel like this is the perfect place for her

My father is a current resident at Magnolia Manor. I appreciate the care that they provide for my dad. I live in Philadelphia and they consistently provide me with updates on his status his health and his overall progress. I publicly want to thank the care team for taking care of my dad.

My mom was a resident here who recently died. She passed away because she had a kidney surgery and the staff didn’t arrange transport to her follow up appointment with Dr. Coronata after her surgery which could’ve saved her. Instead, they waited on her to go septic and unresponsive before they decided to call me and let me know. Then asked if they should call 911 as if it wasn’t a big deal . Once my mother got back from the hospital she was a DNR because the damage was done. This facility is so poorly managed and the level of care is so non existent that I don’t see how this place is still running. I had to remind her nurse that morphine would not in fact kill my mother and that it would just calm her down (since they’re the ones that were killing her anyways). None of these people that wo

My mom died 7 years ago now and she died there! She was first admitted because she could no longer stay at her assisted living after being hospitalized. While there I went to visit her one day and noticed a side of her body she couldn’t move. Also she was diabetic and they were giving her soda. I told my husband to call the nurse and asked her why the were giving her soda and told her to check her sugars now. Mind you I have worked in healthcare over 30 years. My focus turned to her not being able to move her left side and told my husband to call 911. She went to the ER and learned she had a stroke! If we wouldn’t have been there who knows how long she would have been without being checked. The hospital pushed for her to be discharged a week later and I begged for them to not send her back

This place is not a good place to send your loved ones to. I have been here 2.6 years. I have seen this place go through 7 directors of nursing. It has also went through 7 administrators. I have been in this room for over 2 years and this new roommate that I have is so obnoxious and annoying. She never shuts up when she is awake or when she sleeps. I have major migraines so this is a problem. I have went to socialtwice . They said that they didn't have anywhere to put her or me. They just moved 8 people last week. So now I have been to the director of nursing twice, the administrator once, and social twice and they are still not doing anything about it. This place is run down sometimes they don't have towels for u to shower with and u only get 2 showers a week. They also don't have b
