Review for Rose Manor Rehabilitation Center – Durham, NC My experience with Rose Manor regarding my mother’s care has been very disappointing. The facility has not provided bed sheets on her bed, which is both uncomfortable and unsanitary. In addition, her wound care has not been handled properly — the wound nurse has not been coming through daily as required, even though her dressing needs to be changed once a day. These are basic standards of care that every patient deserves, especially in a rehabilitation setting. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them immediately to ensure all residents receive the proper attention, hygiene, and medical care they need. — Jarrel Wilson

I was at Rose Manor for two months. For the most part, The certified nurse assistants (CNAs) would hang around the nurses station and talk, laugh, and gossip. Often they would be so involved with talking they would miss the call light. I had to sit in a soiled adult diaper sometimes for over an hour. When someone did come in they were generally professional and did their job. I do want to note that I had a couple of excellent CNAs that never behaved unprofessionally That said, I was frequently scolded for a minor deviation I apparently committed. I just felt like they considered caring for me an inconvenience as if they were doing me a favor. Amazing Facility! Great staff and great care all around! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

This facility has had a major administrative and staff turn over. I would and have recommended this site. My mother’s care team is AMAZING!! I receive weekly reports, pics etc. if she has a runny nose I get a call. Her nursing team even grooms her hair. My mom has dementia , and can be pretty feisty. They have built an awesome relationship with mom. My mom has been in this facility for almost 4 years. In that we have seen people come and go. The site itself has underwent some major renovations. My mom seems to be happy. . Long as she’s happy the world is happy.

Everyone at Rose Manor is so caring and nice. They go above and beyond for their residents, families and staff. Administration team makes sure they are reachable, even after hours, by giving their cellphone numbers. I can't recommend this facility enough for you or your family members.
