Rose Drug of Russellville

I was told it would be 10 minute wait and I finally asked how much longer after 25 minutes they said they didn’t have it they had to go to another place to get it and said would be while. So unprofessional and when I left to have to come back because it was going to be while I got the prescription but they wouldn’t give me the 4 pages the doctors office game me stapled to give the pharmacy to get the prescription and they would not give me the papers back with instructions. The pharmacist came and said just take it 5 to 7 days when the doctors office said no more then 4 days. I hope to NEVER have to use them again. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

Sara Tackett Is one of the pharmacy techs there and she will and has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND! Rose drug has been good to me and my grandparents, very Informative, kind, they don’t rush you about anything and are more than willing to use your preferred name. (My middle name) I’ve had negative experiences with multiple pharmacies, but never this one. I recommend this one to my Pysch patients, friends, family, and anyone who needs a good pharmacy!

I recently set up my wedding registry here with Mrs. Terri! It was SO. MUCH. FUN! She had such an amazing selection of dishes, home decor, and more! She was so kind and wonderful to work with. I even had the appointment time down wrong on my calendar & she came back to help that day that I arrived late! (I still feel awful for showing up late haha!) I'm so excited to see what we receive from our Rose Drug Registry & I will return again to shop for gifts & decor!!

AWESOME! They get my meds right EVERY. TIME. AND usually within a few hours of the refill request. Pleasant on the phone, if they need to call my doc, it is done within a very reasonable amount of time. I will never go back to a large chain pharmacy again.

I moved here over a year ago and switched my pharmaceutical care from a major chain to Rose Drug. The staff I have encountered have been nothing but POLITE, FRIENDLY YET PROFESSIONAL, & EXTREMELY HELPFUL! THEY ARE ON-TIME…MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO GET patients their prescribed medication. This pharmacies staff do provide services true to being our true Home-Town neighborhood pharmacy! The pharmacists themselves, really go the extra mile…make that miles!!! (MEAGAN) She is an answer to prayer for me!!! She answers all my questions patiently, thoroughly….& if she does not know the answer, she follows through to find out for me and calls me back! Each employee encountered here has been SO friendly from the smile I hear from their end as they answer my call….to the on-time professional and friendly
