Scam. Do not even consider visiting this place. They did nothing more than an optometrist would do and hand me an invoice of $1,125 on top of $208 they charged my credit card before seeingmy son. We were not informed of the additional $1,125. Again, big scammers and please avoid visiting this office.

Dr was amazing and very empathetic. She answered all of our questions and concerns. Front desk was able to squeeze me in. Highly recommend.

Dr Guthrie is the best. He explains everything without omitting anything. The staff is so nice and gentle. They were patient with our son who was crying. Thanks!

Called made an appointment for my 3 kids. As w all appts I was asked basic info. Name, birthday, insurance. Gave all their info. Called back the next day to find out my oop, they asked me the kids names and informed me that they only had 2 of the 3 appointments so I once again gave my daughters info, including her DATE OF BIRTH. Take the day off, kids missed class day of. Spent over 20 minutes looking for parking. Walk in, I'm asked for my ID, I asked if they wanted their IDs since they were over 18. I was then calmly informed that they were a pediatric office and did not see adults. Receptionist pretended to care by calling someone who obviously cared even less and explained the situation. It's basic. Either do the math when making appointment and taking down information or post IN VER

ROP has been very responsive and accommodating of our needs. The staff is nice and professional they will actually return your call if you leave a VM. On the day of the visit, I was running considerably late, but my daughter was still able to get seen and it was a smooth process to become a new patient. I liked their electronic intake system. The nurse and doctor Tracy were great with my daughter and we were able to pinpoint what was wrong with my daughter's eye. Highly recommend overall!
