After yesterday’s unfortunate experience with RAH; It’s obligatory for me to write this review. I’m truly in disbelief about it. I used to think/speak highly of RAH, but no more. Prior to moving to NJ with my pack this year; all of my 5 dogs were being seen at RAH from 23-25. Especially, my French Bulldog, Louie; who was the main reason why the change from my original vet for many years changed to RAH post Louie’s surgery. Louie’s neck/back are acting up. And I wanted it to be addressed by this office because they’re familiar with Louie since post-surgery. Since `23, all appointments were successful. However, I reached out and scheduled with the office for yesterday (day after issue presented itself). Called in at 9AM and I was informed that both 1/3PM appointments were available. And be

Responsive and always follows up! They love their four pawed patients and their two footed parents...kind and gentle and most important professional and knowledgeable. They were my pup’s vets when I moved to Fl (an entirely different vet experience but don’t get me started)...I hated to leave them...am currently visiting NY and my pup took sick..they saw him immediately and followed up next day and the day after that! Miss this practice!!!

Out bully had allergies and skin problems that no other vets could figure out The doctors here took the time needed to actually come up with a solution to make our boy comfortable. We can’t thank you enough!

Amazing team of vets for my pug for 15 of his 16 years with us. They are always honest and straightforward. They were supportive and always took my phone calls during this rough past year. They were kind and empathetic when it was time to say goodbye to our little guy last month. Forever grateful for Dr. Z and the team 🙌. RIP Brady 12/13/07-11/21/23

Doctor missed a fatal illness in my puppy. I brought my puppy here because she was very sick and clearly uncomfortable. The doctor didn’t perform any x-rays or bloodwork just gave her an antibiotic . Later that day she ended up taking a turn for the worse and I had to bring her to the emergency room. She has been there for three days now very ill with pneumonia and on a ventilator. The doctor was very nice, but I wish he was more thorough and did more tests I don’t mind paying. Because now I am so far paying $12,000 at the emergency vet.
