My son had his braces on they told me he had his jaw reconstructed if the braces didn't work but it did work my son was happy to remove his braces they did a good job

My experience over the past two years has been phenomenal. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I get my braces off next month and I can't wait. I look at my teeth every morning and wonder how they we're able to fix them as easily as they did. I did not have any insurance at the time, but the prices were one of the lowest in the state which is what first brought me in. They have payment plans and are understanding when life happens. While doing my research, I was referred to this Dr. Bucari by multiple dentists office and I was more than satisfied.The space is clean and orderly and and up to date. I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Bucari during my treatment process. The only flaw I have about this office is the receptionist. She is very rude and don't have proper communication or people skills. You can walk into the office and she will have you sitting there for a while before checking you in. Also, she tends to be on her phone a lot not even to acknowledge you. I waited 20 minutes to get fitted for my retainers because she decided to rush and answer my question when the other staff member didn't even know I was in the waiting area. As a receptionist she needs to do better and learn how to communicate with the patients. It makes the whole office look bad.

This is the best orthodontist hands down !!!!! 2 years and a few months with them... I got my braces a day before prom and now I’m 21 and I look like a brand new person!! My teeth are perfect came a long way!!! Long journey but well worth it! All employees are awesome respectful and very sweet I wouldn’t have picked any other orthodontist!
