This place has the worst staff we have ever worked with. Along with messing up our billing statements making it look like we owed money when we didn't, the staff have the worst bedside manner towards both with my children and what I've seen with other people's children. The doctors also tend to push medication that is not needed for whatever reason. (We got second opinions at other doctor offices and they found no issues that required any medication or treatments) I wouldn't trust this place with my dog much less my children.

What can I say terrible office with very rude staff. No consideration for there patients. Requested to speak to my children’s Pediatrician Andrea Rivas because I was not getting valid answers to my questions. Then asked if she can call me back and was told that she would not do it. We have been with the clinic for over 10 years and have had our fair share of issues but this was definitely the last straw. I’ve been giving this office the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough.

I've used Romie Lane Pediatrics for years in the past. I was surprised to come in today for my daughters appointment only to find out that our appointment was cancelled. Apparently the staff had the wrong number on file and texted the wrong number and supposedly the person they contacted cancelled our appointment. The staff here didn't even try to honor our appointment time for today or get us into an appointment the same day. They said that their next available was next week.

We have been going here for 18 years. The last few years things have definitely changed. Dr Koehne is the absolute best, but we have not been happy with some of the other doctors. My major complaint is the receptionist. She would not let me talk, did not listen, talked over me, and rushed to get off the phone.

my son dislocated his punky. the doctor just said to ice it and asked to do x-rays on him and the radiologist said his pinky has a slight dislocation but doctor said it was fine and didnt see anything out of the ordinary and that if it didnt get better after a month to take him to an orthopedic doctor. now after a month my sons finger is still swollen and he cant put it straight or make a fist.
