I don't believe all your studies...?Because it's clear you work an "Elite". Your FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Thanks for your time, in Rome New York.

If I could give it ZERO STARS I would. Made appointments for me and my daughter in June!! Apt date November 24. Get there and they changed the spot to mid December. No notice nothing!! And now my daughter can’t go to school because she needs a vaccine.

No idea how this place only has 2 stars. The staff is amazing. I’ve been looking for a good primary for a while and EVERYONE I have met & spoken to so far were so kind and made me feel immediately at home ❤️

OMG THEY JUST SUCK SUCK SUCK. JUST CAN'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT AND DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. REFILLS ARE A NIGHTMARE. The rating says plenty. I imagine it will get lower. They just can't get it right and the patients are the ones suffering for it. They have gone almost all the way down the hill. Im looking elsewhere. I've never been so fearful about medical care as I am dealing with these individuals.

Unfortunately, all of Rome Health Systems have gone completely off the rails. From them booking appointments and not notifying me, to canceling appointments I made myself. To never sending referrals. You can never get a straight answer, or get ahold of anyone in a timely manner. I used to really like it. It was convenient and friendly. Frankly, it's still convenient for people in the Rome area as long as you are willing to risk your health for convenience.
