I saw Ayanda Dube DPM, this gentleman is very professional, very knowledgeable and his bedside manner was spot on. He delivered extreme empathy and guided me through my decision-making process with facts, not feelings and wasn't trying to prescribe me this or that he was allowing me to sponge the information and make a decision in my own way. Dr. Nawaz is currently my children doctor. I personally think he’s wonderful. Very professional and polite. I want to point out that I’ve been going here myself since I was young, and now all my children - even though they’ve skipped around a couple of buildings and doctors all my children have stuck with Rome Medical Group. Also worth Pointing out that they once again- have an awesome receptionist. There’s been quite a few great ones, including Tracy And a recent one named Kelly/Kellie (not sure how she spells it) But I appreciate her attention and kindness.

They don’t know what they are doing my daughter now has stomach problems from being on a milk for a long time bc they wouldn’t change her milk . I told them constantly something is wrong with my 2 month old but they didn’t care . I do not recommend. My baby wasn’t even gaining weight the first two weeks and all she said was I not feeding her? Are you serious she has a serious stomach issue and they did nothing

My son saw Tracey Downs, FNP for the first time today as a new patient. She was very kind, patience, knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't be more pleased. Receptionists and nurses were great too!

Liz Scialdone is so great as my primary she has helped me battle with my insurance to get the right meds I need. She is professional and easy to talk to. Sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment. The only negative experience I’ve had is calling to get seen after a really bad dental experience the person I talked to basically told me to go back to that dentist (which I could not get ahold of) and patronizingly apologized and hung up on me. Overall good experiences though.
