Very nice place to start and a wonderful doctor Ryan Thachen. The entrance is a little confusing, not on James St. Instead, on Oak St. by the parking lot, their business are inside the hospital on the second floor on the left side door.

Kevin Lynch is incredibly rude and will never get another second of my time. He made rude digs at me multiple times, including coming out into the waiting room to hassle me. After waiting an extensively long time to even be seen, I was sick after getting my cast removed and sitting in a waiting room chair trying not to vomit. I said “I don’t think this is ready to be out of the cast” since it still felt incredibly sore. He comes out into the waiting room to say “when you’re done being “sick”, I’LL decide if it’s healed or not”, and then goes back in and shuts the door. Against my better judgement I decided to stay and wait for him to look at the xrays. While waiting I was talking to the person with me about a meme I had gotten sent to me. It was my first time there and got seen within 15 minutes. The doctor I had was really good and was careful with my left leg as that was where my problem was. Definitely a 5 star

The clerical and nursing staff are wonderful. My provider rushed out of the room during my apt with me in mid sentence. It was very rude.

OMG! DO NOT go to this doctor. If I could give him a negative number I would. He caused infection after my knee replacement. Did not close the incision properly. Then he tried putting more staples in during an office visit using no pain meds. Then, when the infection starting draining, he used a pair of scissors to try and dig it out. Developed sepsis and almost died in ICU. I had to have 2 more surgeries to try to repair all the damage he caused but I will never be right again. I warn you, RUN AWAY from this man.
