My son has extremely sensitive eyes when it comes to light. After less than 5 minutes, the doctor claimed he didn’t know if it was “psychological or what his issues were” and he concluded there “were many”, he said couldn’t examine him. Fine. THEN, after attempting to get a second opinion, we find out the doctor charged my insurance for the exam that didn’t happen so we can’t even get another one until the year is over. So now we have to wait to get my son glasses because this rude, inconsiderate doctor spent 5 minutes with him. Without a doubt, the most awful care and bedside manner I’ve ever come across in the medical profession in nearly 40 years and on for a child nonetheless!

I've been a patient of Dr. Rohla's for 15 years. We often joked who would be the first to retire. Well, he won! Now the office is under the practice of another doctor and staff, and I will no longer go there. Required to pay for a contact lens prescription for $30 on top of the eye exam (Rohla didn't charge that) really surprised me, but not as much as being told any glasses would start at $300. I expressed my disappointment, and within a week, got a letter that I was no longer a patient of the new guy, James Weitkamp. Must've rustled some feathers, I guess.

Just took my daughter in for her first eye appointment and all the staff were amazing! We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. They even had big rooms so bringing in my stroller was no problem :)

Could not be better. All employees are cordial and engaging. Dr Rohla knows what he is doing, and it shows.

Amazingly kind and great customer service when I needed help with contacts on vacation!
