I love this office! I originally started out at the SLO office and always had a good experience there too. I moved to this office when it opened because it is more convenient for me. I have found it to be more efficient. I love the online check in and have experienced less than 5 minutes wait time in the lobby. The office staff is friendly and the nursing staff kind and attentive. Dr. Sandoval is lovely. She is personable, thorough, and both listens and explains with patience.

Wonderfully efficient office. The medical assistant was particularly outstanding. She was so professional, kind and warm. The doctor was all business but cordial and professional. Got right down to business which was really appreciated as I was seen on time, had all questions answered, procedures explained and out of the office in good time. VERY clean office. Have already recommended Dr. Sandoval to others. Location is also great for us with good parking, disabled access and close to our home in the Village. Thanks you to Dr. Sandoval and her staff for a very positive experience.

I'm very satisfied with Dr Sandoval and West Dermatology. Top marks & highly recommended! My experience so far: I arrived early for my first appointment, but only had to wait a few minutes before I was greeted by one of Dr Sandoval's assistants. I had already completed all the check-in Forms online, so the Assistant was able to do an initial interview right away. After she completed the interview, I only had to wait a few minutes before I met Dr Sandoval. Although this first meeting and physical examination by Dr Sandoval was brief, I felt she had reviewed my case in advance and was well-prepared. I really appreciated how thorough Dr Sandoval was in her exam. I am also so happy she was able to get so much done in one appointment. All the staff was very kind and friendly.

Dr Sandoval is the best. She did surgery on my arm for melanoma. The procedure was quick and the scar is not very noticeable. Her staff is knowledgeable,professional, and friendly. Dr Sandoval personally calls with test results and expedites them. I highly recommend Dr Sandoval because she is an excellent surgeon, very kind, great bedside manner,explains everything, and I feel very comfortable and confident with her. I highly recommend her.
