Rogers Health and Rehabilitation Center

When my daughter and I visited Roger’s Health & Rehab, we had the opportunity to meet with Jay, the administrator. He assured us that Taro Nichols would be welcomed to this facility with his advanced dementia state and that it would his final home. The CNAs were the most professional staff who took care of my husband during his stay with them. They assisted with all of his ADLs and feeding him his meals. They tended to him with love and care until his passing. This has been a good experience for both Taro and my family. We cannot ask for any better care or love the staff has showered on him. We are forever grateful to the staff of the Memory Unit.

I can not say enough good things about the staff and overall care my father in law is receiving. His wounds are healing, he’s happier and smells better! Yall are such a blessing and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for getting him transferred so quickly from The blossoms. The difference from that facility to this one is night and day. We can tell you all care and take pride in what you do. All of you are ANGELS!

My husband had to go to Roger’s Health and Rehabilitation for 2 weeks after getting the flu. The administration and staff wore wonderful to work with. He received excellent rehab from the therapist. The food was good and the rooms and facility were older but nice. We would highly recommend going there for your physical therapy needs

It is hard to believe anyone actually gave this facility more than 1 star. Rogers H & R was suggested for rehab for a loved one who was leaving Mercy hospital, but the second we pulled in it was a glaring NO. My daughter convinced me to go inside and it was eye opening. Was not impressed with the staff (what we saw, there were barely any), not impressed with the building and what seemed like uncleanliness. A building can be old and that is fine, but it didn't look remotely clean. The patients were just sitting around in wheelchairs, it was sad, and we had to seek out help to even ask a question. If this is how they care for the current patients and the building and the people who visit, I would be afraid to leave my loved one here.

This place has been such a blessing for my family. Especially the memory care unit. Each and everyone one of the staff members treated and cared for my dad with the utmost respect. Yes it is an older building but the loving staff speak volume about the management and how they prioritize the care of each and every resident.
