Rodriguez & Sixto Medical Associates PA

I have been a patient of Dr. William Rodriguez for many years, as well as most of my family members. His professionalism is outstanding. He cares about his patients, takes the time to listen and understand their concerns as well as his wife Dr. Susana Sixto Rodriguez and nurse practitioner.I have dealt with most of his office staff, Gaby, Chantal, Marianne as well as the other staff members and I can say that they are very professional and friendly and they try to accommodate your appointments as needed. The phlebotomists are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. Based on my experience I am very pleased with Dr. Rodriguez and staff.

This medical office was recommended by a colleague. I was trying to make an appointment for 3 days. I could talk with a representative twice, with an unfriendly manner, they hold me for so long at phone that I lost the calls. It's supposed that they work from 8:30am to 5pm, according online information, so I called 9am and I found a digital message saying: "please call in labor hours". I hope their medical care is better than their customer service.

I recently visited Rodriguez and Sixto and had a truly disappointing experience, primarily due to the unprofessionalism of the office staff. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care. The office manager was no better, exhibiting the same lack of courtesy and professionalism. It was clear that they were more focused on their own comfort than on helping patients. They seemed lazy and unwilling to assist with even the simplest requests, which only added to the overall frustration of my visit. It's disheartening to encounter such rudeness in a healthcare setting, where patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking f

the 2 stars are basically because Dr Susana is amazing. very nice and empathetic. but the office.. the office needs to get it together. the one who answers the phone is always rude. good luck having them send useful information to your insurance. its a shame because i really wanted to stay at this practice for the Dr but i cant deal with the office being so terrible.

Dr.Susana and the nurse that attended to me during my appointment were amazing, so amazing that I immediately recommended her to a friend. However the negative outweighs the positive for me. The person working the phone at the office is rude for no reason. I had to call a handful of times to get some test results and each time the person gave me the run around, said they’d call but then didn’t. It took way too long for me to get those. I thought okay maybe it was just this one thing, people have off days but no. My friend came back and told me she had issues with the unresponsive and rude office person as well. I check the reviews and see the office staff has been an issue for a while. Very unfortunate because the actual doctor is great.
