Rocky Mountain Health Centers Pediatrics, P.C.

Growing up, my sister, cousins, and I, all went to Rocky Mountain Pediatrics. Dr. Mourani and Dr. Foster are amazing, kind, empathetic and thorough doctors. Now, I get to take my baby there as well and am very happy with my decision. They take their time and are thorough. The medical assistance and office staff are also very kind and welcoming!

The staff here, both medical and administrative, are wonderful. We've had some issues and questions with our insurance at our last few appointments and every time the people at this office, particularly Alison in their billing department, have been patient and incredibly helpful in solving it. The nurses are always kind and so gentle with my daughter, and her doctor, Jennifer Foster, is a wealth of information and guidance. She is great with my child and has given us parents a lot of reassurance. I feel very good about having my daughter at this practice, and would highly recommend it.

The negative reviews here are honestly baffling to me. I was prepared to go through multiple pediatricians because I am so picky about everything, but I truly can't complain. We have seen almost all of the providers (again, I'm high maintenance about my kid and have had many last minute appointments), and they have all been so caring, knowledgeable, and professional. We never have to wait long in the office and I've always been able to get a same day appointment when there's something going on. They're so good about scheduling follow ups and making sure we get referrals if we need them, and they always take my concerns seriously. Everyone seems to know and truly care about my child, and not just because I take her in a lot. I feel like I found the most amazing practice and look forward to

I've been coming here for over 20yrs with my two children. I've put up with rude staff, 2hr wait times when they were overbooking, office changes, staff changes....for TWENTY YEARS. I've always stayed because we love Dr Mourani, as a doctor and as a person. We recently went for a visit. I offered my insurance card (because the new staff forgot to ask for it), had our appt, was sent to Urgent Care because nothing could be done at the office (totally fine), and I asked for an immunization (which I could have done at a clinic right next to my house for free). I later received a bill for over $300. I asked that they reduce the charge (since nothing was done and I never would have done the immunization there had I known it wasn't covered). After almost 2yrs of taking my only child to this place since she was born I have come to terms that we need to transfer her care. We only truly tried to stick around for Dr. Kimberly Mourani. We hardly do ever get to be seen with Dr. Mourani so at this point I’m happy to be transferring my daughters care from here. I had high hopes from this place because my mom took me and my siblings to Dr. Mourani.. The reception (except for Elena) is the worst. They are rude, careless, unprofessional and have no care for patients and their parents. Within 24hrs I had communication with the same receptionist and all 3 times I spoke to her I had nothing but attitude since the start from her. Wish I would have gotten her name. The exam rooms are very unsanitary and the wait to be seen is insane. 100% Do
