Very nice administrator. Therapy staff was great. Ward, John, Tom ershad and Phillip were all nice. John was wonderful in my recovery. Awesome group of gentlemen. ❤️🙏🏽🥰 The recreation staff was wonderful. Fran, Charmaine, Ashley, Erica, Cynthia and Marisol. Really had a nice time with them. Keep up the good work ladies. You are awesome. ❤️🙏🏽🥰 Met many nice residents. Staff were nice. Food was good. The only bad thing was that I had the roommate from hell. Other than that my stay here was good.

This place is awful. I've been left sitting in a feces filled diaper for three hours. The staff doesn't care about the patients comfort. Being left in a dirty diaper for hours is the norm. When I ask for help, the answer is I'm too busy, your aide is on break. Just go to your room and wait. No one comes.

It's not easy to do health care. You have to be professional at all times. Patient care services are important to our society. Thank you 4 your care and concern. Please let your staff and colleagues know that you guys are appreciated.

Not at all disappointed the facility is clean and staff is polite

So after being here I’ve been fortunate to actually meet some good nurses who have changed my mind about this place so I’d like to thank ms. Sosa and doctor ms. Floyd for changing my view of this place and being more attentive
