How many ways can I say THANK YOU to the amazing people at Rick Street Dental!!! My grandson fell and broke three teeth terribly! Twisted, broken, cracked, the whole nine!!! After two visits they put his beautiful smile back together as good as new!! Patience, cleanliness, professionalism! Courteous, caring, detailed explanations of the whole process!! Gentle enough for the most sensitive patient!! No rushing through appointments like we were in a factory, yet, we were not here for endless hours either!! If you need dental care, and I do mean care, this is the place for you!!!

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement with this office. My child had a new patient appointment scheduled for today at 10:00 am which was scheduled a few months ago. I explained what was going on with my child’s teeth was told that it was something that they absolutely did, they ran a “dummy” claim to verify my insurance and told me that they were expecting new patients and would be glad to schedule a new patient appointment. It was for today at 10 o’clock. They called me at 8:58 AM to let me know that the doctor was no longer taking new patients and that I needed to cancel, when I asked if she thought this was appropriate to cancel an apt an hour before the apt time she tells me that she “only just found out this morning that they aren’t taking any new patients” but yet not only did

Dr. Park and the rest of the staff were so kind and accommodating! Not only did Dr. Park do an amazing job interacting with my son and daughter, but she threw on Disney for them so she could take me aside to go over his care plan with me! The office was clean and well attended to. Incredibly grateful to the staff of Rock St!

I called Rock St. Pedodontics to have my twins evaluated per their dentist’s recommendation. Scheduled an initial evaluation and took the girls. All seemed to go fine. Was asked to schedule a follow up to go over the treatment plan. Did so for 11/15/2023. Then Rock St. calls and says the doctor won’t be in that day and they need to reschedule. Appointment ends up moving to 12/19/23. On 12/18, I get another call. Same thing. Appointment then moved to 1/24/2024. Get another call today, letting me know the doctor is no longer accepting new patients and if I like I can add the girls to a waiting list. I sincerely hope these clowns don’t think they’re going to bill me for that initial eval. Don’t waste your time with these people.

Dr. Park and all of the staff there were amazing. Both of my boys had bad experiences with their previous dentist so we decided to try someone new and we are more than happy we did. Everyone there was so polite and so patient with the children. Almost can't wait to go back!
