Rock Ridge Dentistry

For full disclosure, I have never actually visited this dentist, but I felt compelled to write a review based on their amazing reply to an email inquiry I sent them. My spouse was having a dental emergency and I reached out to them to try and schedule an appointment. The office called back immediately and we determined that they do not take her insurance. At most practices, that would be the end of the discussion. However, the good folks at Rock Ridge stayed on the line, conferred with the dentist and gave me the rundown on medicines that could help with her issue, as well as providing information for other dental offices that accept her insurance. It is so rare to receive that type of assistance and caring from a practice that has already established that they are unable to see you.
