Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sheer and all of the staff from the front desk to the dental assistants. Our daughter was super nervous about the process of getting an appliance put on and the front desk lady was so kind to take her back and show her from start to finish was to expect and then the assistants are so kind and walk you through everything as they go. Would definitely recommend for anxious kiddos or those with previous poor experiences.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with this orthodontic office for our kids. From the very first visit, the staff has been friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. The orthodontist takes the time to explain each step of the process in a way we can all understand, which really puts everyone at ease. Appointments are efficient, the office is clean and welcoming, and they are always respectful of our time. Most importantly, they genuinely care about their patients and it shows in how they treat kids with kindness and encouragement. We’re extremely happy with the care and results so far and would highly recommend this orthodontist to any family looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

I have been taking my children here for years. It started as a second opinion and I was so impressed with how they handled my daughter’s treatment plan when another practice wanted to put her under general anesthesia at the hospital. I am so happy I made the choice to come here. My daughter sees Dr. Alison- She is the best pediatric dentist around! Her bedside manner is amazing and I always know my kids are in good hands. She makes patients and parents feel at ease and is incredibly kind and comforting. The office is beautiful and all of the staff is extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Surprisingly, this office was a recommendation that I got off of the Autism families of Frederick County page. Your dental providers may do a great job in working with one person’s child, but not another, which I guess was our case. Moreover, I feel that having a knowledgeable office staff, who are willing to advocate and fight for your child is just as important as a good provider. We live right over the line in PA, but because of where we live we mainly do everything in Washington and Frederick counties. We have both Sunlife dental, and Savannah has HighMark Wholecare as her secondary. My daughter had an amazing dental provider in Ellicott city for two years, but left the practice in 2023. Since then, we have been on a wild goose chase trying to find a dental provider that can work well

The staff is professional and kind. My daughter had her tooth pulled and it couldn’t have gone any better. They kept her comfortable and at ease with what was happening and it was finished in no time. Highly recommend everyone at the office.
