We have had nothing but perfect experiences here. Both for me and for my daughter. The theme of the office is super cute and fun and welcoming. Everything is always clean and pristine. It's never crowded. Everyone on staff is exceptionally nice. All the orthodontists are friendly and knowledgeable, and explain everything to you. They let you decide, they're never pushy. All three of our children have had braces through Pitrone, Sorkin & Jarvis Orthodontics. The office staff is always warm, friendly & easy to work with - from financing, dealing with insurance, to making appointments. The doctors and their assistants have always been great with my kids. They take the time to explain what they're doing so there are no surprises. Their estimate, on how long each would be in braces, has been pretty spot on. The last of the kids just got their braces off, and his teeth look great, just like the other two. I would highly recommend Pitrone, Sorkin & Jarvis to anyone.

While I was waiting for my appointment I received a phone call and I needed to be back in Urbana within the hour. I explained the phone call to the receptionist and they had me in a chair and out of there within 30 minutes. Plus the receptionist provided me with a little dunkin gift card for my son ( he was the reason why I needed to get back to Urbana. ) Thank you PSJ

EXCEPTIONAL! Scott, Pitone, Sorkin and Jarvis are truly the BEST orthodontic office ANYWHERE! I went in for my initial FREE consultant when I was pregnant with my second child. Dr. Jarvis was so kind, professional and completely honest with the rough road I had ahead of me. After having 8 teeth removed, I returned with my then 2 month old ready to get started! Every appointment after I returned with my daughter, and the ENTIRE staff was always so happy to see her! They were warm, friendly, kind, and EXTREMELY helpful! I have to say whoever does the hiring, as picked the BEST of the BEST! After 2 years I had seen all of the doctors at the office, and LOVED THEM ALL!!!!!
