Visited today for tooth cleaning and the whole process from registration to getting the treatment was flawless. The staff is really nice and humble. Dr Meena put all the efforts I needed for cleaning my uncommon teeth, and she was really impressive at cleaning. Nurse Shy helped me getting the scans done and she was very helpful and humble. I really had bad experience with other clinic but this is the place where I am going to stick to for my Dental health.

Excellent experience, brand new office with state of the art equipment, dentist was very gentle, and the receptionist is very friendly. Update 2023 Customer service and the Quality of the work and staff has deteriorated.

Updated review. Staff still constantly changing. Dentist not sticking around either. Office manager can be smiley and nice one time but rude the next. She yelled at me that with the insurance i have she has limited appt. Maybe dont take new patients untill the existing work is complete instead of having to wait 4 months for crowns. Oh and the crowns kept falling out as well. Dentist admitted my family is NOT the only ones with this problem. I started there early on when they opened and sad to watch this transition. Very mismanaged!

I wouldn't even give it rating at all but I'm so so mad that I don't even where to begin. I've called the office that my daughter had a toothache they told me they'll get back when she can be seen, still waiting. She is 8. Went to a local clinic cuz I couldn't see her in pain. 2 weeks later she had pain again. Called,left messages and no answer or call back. Her face got swollen up to her eyes. Left voice-mail an email. No response. Luckily my pediatrician prescribed strong antibiotics or else she would've ended up in the hospital. She had a high fever too. If they are pediatric specialist? GOD help me. After over 2 weeks she called me back and even gave attitude. Asked her why they don't answer or call back, she said oh we're so so overbooked. My son had a terrible experience with his previous Dentist. Dr. Dubin came in and calmed him down and removed his tooth within in minutes and took him out of pain, I couldn't be more thankful.
