Over the span of 1 week, i called over 20 times on 3 different numbers to try to get an appointment for a family member. And every time i was sent to hold hell for 15 to 20mnts before they ended the call! I was recommended this place through a friend of the family, they were raving about how they did an exellent job. From what i experienced i guess this was something of the past.

I've been a patient of neosm now Montefiore for 3 plus years. The Doctors their are fantastic and the staff is doing the best they can to handle the influx of patients since Covid and now the changeover to Montefiore. Getting someone to answer the phone has been an ongoing problem and they do know this ! If your lucky to get through to make appt . Then and only then will you see that the Doctors and staff have your best interests at heart...but I will add trying to get an appt. is a problem everywhere not just here. So I do recommed them just be patient . AND IF REALLY NEED TO SEE THEM WALK IN TO GET AN APPT. ITS WORTH IT!

Absolutely awful. No one ever answers the phone or returns a phone call - Even the doctor when you have a medical concern. You can expect to be on hold for up to 1 hour before you give up. Searching for a new provider as I write this. Stay away if you are smart.

Had a total hip replacement, Dr. Bhadra did a great job I haven't felt this good in 3 years. The staff are friendly and helpful, won't go anywhere else.

Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. Waited for at least a total of 3.5 hours and still was stuck in the 20's waiting.
