I have been a patient here for several years. I recently turned 50 and needed to get my shingles vaccine. I scheduled an appointment and apparently the guy that scheduled my appointment didn’t write in the description that I was coming in for the shingles vaccine. I was called twice by the practice today requesting I do a video appointment with Rochelle, the first person that called was from the Westminster office and I explained to her I was going for my vaccination that I made sure I told them so they could plan accordingly and have the vaccination for my appointment. She told me it was written in the schedule as shingles/meds so she was under the impression I had shingles and wanted medication. I told her that was definitely not the case. I am only giving it one star because I have to in order to leave a review. I have never been treated so poorly. You will call and speak to somebody and they will tell you everything is taken care of and then if you call back a few days No one knows anything about anything. They have lied twice. I would not recommend going here for any reason. A receptionist didn’t know I was on the phone (on hold but could hear everything) and began speaking unkindly about another patient for 4 minutes about her and her medical issues to another receptionist and I heard everything. This place is so unprofessional and should lose their license!

I have been to this location three times and all three times have been deeply disappointing. Staff have been irresponsible, inappropriate and lacking all professional demeanor I am used to from the medical field. I am a new patient, and my initial visit was scheduled as a physical exam and the doctor did not even examine me fully. I am a black woman, and I feel some of the staff have acted completely racist on multiple occasions and this practice has no business serving clientele of various races. It would be better for prospective patients to arrive to a "white only" sign on their door - then we would know to go somewhere else. Jennifer Jennings I don’t know why you’re trying to bash Brooke she is a very loving, caring and compassionate person and caregiver. And she is a wonderful medical assistant. I have known her for a few years and have never ever heard her say anything bad about anybody it’s just not in her to do that. You have it all wrong about Brooke. So stop spreading rumors it’s not getting you anywhere.
