Staff was very helpful when I arrived on the wrong day for my appointment. We did NOT make me feel dumb but were able to schedule me in within 1/2 hour. Doctor's examination was complete without a lot of the high tech, extra cost, devices used by mt Dayton, Ohio doctor.

I made a mistake and didn’t have my daughters insurance card, after a bit I found her social security number (which they said they could use). They came back a few moments later and it “wasn’t working”. I called a different eye doctor in town, told them the situation, gave them her social and they found the info no problem. It could have been their system or human error, but I wouldn’t write this review if I wasn’t getting snide looks and remarks during the process. Go with the place on Main Street or Bluegrass Eyecare instead.

Infection control issues greatly. It's like going back to the 50s. Likewise, using a cover for the tonometer is useless if you touch it 50 times and introduce tons of bacteria to it.

They're still making everyone wear a mask, I thought we were past that. Very cold reception and the lady made me pull my mask up over my nose. So many things wrong with this.

Had a piece of wood stuck in my eye and called them. They took me straight in and removed debris. Excellent service. Highly recommend!!!
