Cave Run Clinic Pharmacy

Bill and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. I hate to hear Bill is or has retired but he has put his time in. I am so thankful for Cave Run Pharmacy staff who are kind, respectful and courteous and delivers when I can’t pick my meds up.

I would give 6 stars if I could. The customer service is top notch. Very friendly and extremely helpful. If you are looking for a pharmacy that is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and staff that will go out of their way to help their customers then this is the one. Give them a try. I guarantee you will be happy you did.

I honestly love this pharmacy and the staff. They've been nothing but nice and accommodating to me. Even when I didn't have money to pay for prescription, they let me take my prescription and let me owe them later. That's real customer service, showing you actually care for your customers. Unfortunately, this pharmacy is no longer in my network.Through express scripts, and I have to go through walgreens, which is really sad, because walgreens rarely ever has my medication in stock, and I have to wait for my medication that I need on a daily basis to live. I sure will miss using this pharmacy. And I will miss the customer service i've received.I love you guys!

I had a cream that was sent to this place that needed to be compounded. I call to see if my doctor’s office had called it in and a lady answers and she tells me they didn’t have it. I said ok well I’ll call my doctors office to see if they sent it. The lady then hatefully said you do know we only compound medicine on Thursdays right? I said that’s ok I won’t be able to pick it up until Saturday. So I called my doctor’s office and they tell me it was most definitely called in. So I called the pharmacy back. A man answered this time and he said yeah we have it but it was on a post it note and it wasn’t put into the system that’s why they couldn’t find it for you earlier. So I asked him if he needed my insurance info he told me no that they didn’t run it though the insurance company because t
