UK St. Claire Urgent Care

I am usually completely satisfied with treatment and services at US60 care center, however they need to change their posted hours to 15 mins before the actually close. We rushed to have a bug bite assessed and arrived at 3:50 and were told they couldn’t check us in because they close at 4. To me that means services are available til 4. If you don’t take customers before 4, you need to let the public know so they don’t rush to get there before closing and then get turned away. So closes for services at 3:45, not 4. I’m updating my review to say feedback services were quick to respond and offer apologies. I appreciate the acknowledgment

One of the doctors here figured out that I have lung damage from Covid. Two other doctors (not at this facility) had overlooked it. The wait time is long at times, but the same can be said for most dr. offices, especially when everyone and their brother are sick.

I took my youngest to urgent care. There was a pretty long wait which is expected bc literally everyone is sick right now. The lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. It's nice to see a smile when you have two sick kids in tow. We signed in and waited in our car. We finally go back and are greeted with a big smile and some small talk. These folks provided exceptional service to our community today. The Dr, Kayla, was fast and understanding. She listened to our problems and was great with my little one!

Front desk and staff was incredibly friendly. Wait time was prob only 30 minutes. Dr had be APRN because she was super young (20s) small woman . Might been in room 60 seconds total. Barely checked me. Acted as if I was wasting her time. Had to go to another dr to find out my spleen is enlarged.

I was seen on 09/21/2024 for a UTI. I was in and out with antibiotics in way less that an hour. Doctor Kayla Crawford was great. As always my experience was awesome other than being sick!
