I’m so disappointed in this place, I’ve been seen 3 time in the past week for my thumb , the ER SAFF ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’ve seen 2 doctors that are very rude and I don’t know if it’s because of my skin color!! They have treated me poorly. I waited in the room for a good 40 minutes before they released me . During my time waiting the DOCTOR was just on his phone and the nurses were very rude! If there was no stars that’s what I would give them!

I was there last night with a stomach virus and i was in severe pain and had really bad nausea and the doctor told me “I’m sorry I’m not sending you home with narcotics i can’t do it” i wasn’t asking for anything for my pain nor have i ever taken any narcotics all i wanted was something for nausea and the second time he came in he told me “do you have anxiety?” I said yes and he replied with “well you’re fine it’s just a stomach bug its all in your head i think you need something for your anxiety not for your stomach” he was very rude and even switched my nurse and doctor i wasn’t rude to him once. I’m very disappointed with my visit

They made an appointment for me for an X-ray yet never told me about it. Took them weeks to make the appointment, they charged my insurance...yet never told me. The nurse in the ER for my original visit was awful also. Super snotty and rude. She was very rough with my IV and just awful to me.

Rmch needs to update their page especially change and update the photos for the hospital and other sources I mean the first thing that should pop up is the hospital building not a photo of a chick haha and also have Ceo or someone above look into workers refusing patient rights

They have been wonderful. I have had many services done and only one hitch from a new person. Very grateful they are here. Well done !!
