My kids been goin there new orthopedic manager is better than the one before Juana meese sorry Lucy Garcia but you are wrong. Just because your insurance doesn’t pay for what you want. And your no longer manager have a blessed day. Gallup children dentistry is better and more peaceful to be at.

Very disappointed, it seems like GCD definitely care has declined. Ortho manager Tana is very rude and needs to take management training. I honeslty dont understand this person is a manager. I would recommend people to go to Gallup community Health. They have dental clinic. The assistants and management at gallup community is awesome.

DON’T GET BRACES FROM GCD!!! I’m having the worst experience with the ortho (braces) program here at Gallup Children’s Dentistry. Unfortunately, i signed a contract trusting that their work would be quality and without Complications. In that contract, it states that broken brackets seldom happen and after three broken brackets there will be a $45 charge for each. On the day the braces were installed within the first hour three brackets had broken! This experience has truly shaken my confidence in GCD! I returned to GCD immediately within the hour and had to plead with them to fix that day - they wanted to schedule me at least a week out! Best place I have taken my kids. My kids went to Sundance before and I had the most disgusting experience with Sundance, the ppl there are not nice at all. We came to children’s dentistry and they are amazing and the most respectful ppl. Thank you for the best experience every time my kids have an appt. Thank you children’s dentistry!! I’ve had no issues with them before. I actually work for the company that delivers oxygen and nitrous oxide to them. I see familiar faces and have always been extremely friendly with them. I even decided to take all my children there because of how friendly everyone seemed. Our first check up went extremely smooth and no issues. I had a follow up procedure scheduled today for my children and because I knew how strict they were on cancellation even had to miss work for it. Immediately upon arriving 10 minutes early the lady had told me because I didn’t confirm my appointment 48 hrs before she cancelled my appointment.
