I had my teeth cleaned there I have insurance which covered it. The second time I had a cleaning I was billed $165 after explaining my insurance is on file bills were being sent to my mailbox.. I spoke with my insurance. They informed me that I did not owe anything that they had covered the bill in its entirety as I kept receiving a bill from Gallup dental group. Sometime has passed I receive a phone call stating that my insurance had paid my bill which I had already known and I recently received another bill for 300+ dollars I made contact with Gallup dental group and was informed that if I were to have my teeth cleaned again, I will have to pay out-of-pocket upfront, and I would have to contact my insurance personally to request reimbursement. Their office can’t hide this review like they do on their website. Unfortunately, I had developed an infection in a molar that resulted in a great deal of pain and suffering. The dental group was able to get me in right away which I was very appreciative for thinking that I was finally going to get some pain relief. I explained to the dentist that my pain was so severe that I had not been able to sleep more then 3-4 hours total in the last 3 days. I was examined and then told I needed a root canal but this dentist did not have the ability to perform it in his office. I had expected this would be the case but also expected that if I had to be referred out that the dentist might perform a therapeutic pulpotomy in an attempt to clean some of the infection out and provide some relief. I got my braces from the orthodontist there and it was an amazing experience! Putting on my braces was really fast and pain free!! They also made sure the price was in my budget. The doctor and his staff were so very nice, very professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend coming here to get your braces!!!!!
