Absolutely terrible experience here- I went with severe neck pain after a Chiro adjustment. The first doctor was great- ran a CTA to check for a dissection and told me I was good and to rest at home. My pain got WAY worse, I was shaking and crying it hurt so bad and went back in as I was told to. This doctor excused it as anxiety, gave me a shot of Valium when I’m already on a daily benzo dose. I also had told them I CANNOT TAKE ANY SERTONIN drugs, as I’ve had sertonin syndrome twice (zofran and lexapro). And they sent me home with flexeril. I kept taking the flexeril and started feeling sick and confused and shaky- my mom immediately recognized it as the same signs I had from prior episodes of sertonin syndrome. We looked it up and called Posion control and yup it’s a sertonin drug- works

Terrible experience with the whole ER/Urgent Care classification. If something happens outside of arbitrary "Urgent Care Hours", it's treated as an ER visit and they make you sign a form under duress, slap you with a huge bill. The doc there was very nice and he did care about my daughter, but the company as a whole doesn't care about it's patients. Will be avoiding Riverview for future care.

New building, very clean facility, and courteous staff. Dr. V Beard is a kind, wonderful person. I love this place. 10/3/2019 I entered the emergency care for the broken finger. They took me in less than 5 min. And they checked the blood pressure and took the X-ray in 15 minutes. They said my finger is not fractured, it is tendon problem. The fastest service I had in my life. Everything was done in 30 minutes. I made an appointment with the Orthopedic specialist in 5 minutes. The best customer care service ever. ** However the emergency doctor did not check my finger. He just told me my finger is not broken. Then this hospital charged the insurance company around $2000. I think that is outrageous.

Keep driving south past this place and go to St Vincent Hospital in Carmel. Its just a few minutes away and it's right on US31. I came in to the Westfield Riverview with a small piece of metal in my hand on a Thursday night. The ER doc wouldn't pull it out because of the swelling, so he had me come back on Monday only to be told that they cant do it for several more days/weeks due to scheduling. Seriously? Why wouldn't you just email me that info? I missed a day of work to hear something that should have been an email or text? This is bad business and not how a hospital should take care of people. I could of had this issue resolved by now and been on my way to recovery. Never again Riverview.

The nurses and staff were very kind except for Dr. Wagner. I had come in due to severe throat pain and redness due to what I thought was a severe burn. He was extremely condescending, literally shaming me for drinking a hot drink. He was more curious about why I would have accidentally drank a sip of tea that was too hot rather than the severe pain I was in. I was actively tearing up and crying as he was pretty much just trying to make me feel stupid. At one point he asked “Well, what do you expect me to do?” In a very condescending way which was totally a shocking experience when you are trying to get help for pain. I don’t know, you are the doctor. You are supposed to help people, not shame them for trying to get help. Besides for being condescending and mean, he wasn’t even good at his
