Riverside Pharmacy

They need more handicap accessible parking anytime that I come here or I bring my mother or grandmother or father here there is no parking up close or handicapped parking this is for the river side building not just the pharmacy

Riverside is an amazing pharmacy. I was skeptical at first, given its small size but don’t let that hinder you. Riverside can probably provide every medication you could ever need, potentially meds no other pharmacy can get. They have always worked hard to provide me with what I need, succeeding even during national shortages. The customer service is incredible! All of the staff, from the knowledgeable, down to earth pharmacists, to the pleasant and professional techs, to management, take the time you need to make sure you understand every possible thing you may need to know regarding your health. Never once have I ever felt like a burden to any staff member, although they clearly stay busy providing excellent care to all of their patients. When dealing with Riverside, I always feel like

Very friendly and great service

Have been going here for 6-7 years for the supplies and service of my sleep machine. No real problems, up until this point. Was given the wrong headgear and mask for my machine. Did not realize until go home )do not live in Bowling Green) and opened the package and the items were incorrect. Waited until my next sleep appointment in Bowling Green and stopped in. Was told they could not take the incorrect mask back because it was opened and had been over 30 days. Asked if could have just the head gear portion of the mask as my existing one had broke. Would not provide another until I provided them with proof that they gave me the wrong piece. So after 6 years with them, my word about a fifty dollar head gear piece was not enough. That's fine, found the correct item I needed on Amazon for $11
