Riverside Care Center

I have a very nice experience with my family at Riverside center every one has been amazing and kind it’s like family. I really like the upgrades to the facility.

I'm only reviewing based on what we saw. The building is decrepit, so sad! Some areas have just been painted over over the years, and other things are in their original status from whatever long ago it was built. Everywhere smells old and like mold. We visited to consider moving our relative there, and it is an absolute no-go from the 4 of us. I think I would die of depression living in such decay. We have no idea about care, administration, food, services, and such, so again, this review is solely based on what we saw.

Riverside is very caring with my grandma and they make us feel like family. Nursing staff and administration are very welcoming. I’m very happy with the care she receving.

My father lives at Riverside and is so happy there he loves the food and the staff treats him so well. I’m so happy with the care he is receiving. Thank you to the therapy dept. who have done such a great job in keeping him mobile. Thank you so much Riverside for all you do.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention provided by Riverside. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that while the facility may be older, it is exceptionally well-maintained and cared for. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and inviting, which creates a sense of comfort for both residents and visitors alike. One of the standout features is the staff. They are not only friendly and compassionate, but also extremely knowledgeable.
