My experience with Dr. Elgohary and his staff was nothing short of perfection. By far, my visit to Riverfront Dentistry has exceeded all expectations - and I am throughout impressed. Dr. Elgohary prioritizes his patients and his genuine dedication and professionalism is evident in his thorough evaluations and treatments. He heard my concerns, met me at my goals, and empowered me to make decisions about each step in my care. His staff was so welcoming and kind, making my dental experience something worth enjoying. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. I’ve never been to a dental office that offered coffee or water in the waiting area! Everything was explained in detail with rational and alternative treatment options. The office staff also provided me with recommendations on submitting to my insurance to maximize savings and coverage. Superb job!

I had a terrible experience at this dentist office. The dentist was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. I made it very clear multiple times that I did not want Invisalign, but he completely ignored my boundaries and kept pushing it anyway. He spent about 20 minutes talking at me about Invisalign claiming it would fix everything from the way my teeth look to my migraines (which I explained are hormonal and not dental-related). I told him several times that I was happy with my smile and didn’t want Invisalign, but he continued to insist and even implied that I should change my appearance. Office staff 5 stars Dental hygienist 5 stars Quality of work and follow up procedures 0 Stars! I leave this review from the prospective of a love one who had to watch a routine procedure turn in to over a month of pain and additional tooth repair. Fillings were hastily completed leaving my wife with abnormal pain and discomfort. During the return visit to correct the problem. Nothing was discovered and led to more shaving down of the filling. Fast forward weeks of continued pain while chewing and heightened sensitivity while drinking. Enough was enough so we reached out for a second opinion. The diagnosis was a hairline crack on the left tooth, burn marks from the drill, and irreversible pulpitis. First and foremost I’d like to say that the front office staff and dental hygienist I have had at this practice were amazing and caring to both myself and my child. The office is clean and organized and I was treated with care. Unfortunately I received 2 fillings and they were both done in a span of 15 mins which should have been my first red flag and no X-rays were done to ensure the fillings were done properly. Afterwards I experienced extreme pain on my left side to the point where i could not chew so I was given an appointment. Dr. Elgohary inspected my tooth and could not find anything wrong so he shaved it down (no X-rays to check) and sent me on my way.
