Exceptional service and professionalism. The ladies in the office very nice; especially in the front desk who helped me with the issue with everything . The whole personnel was outstanding and also Dr Rodriguez who explained everything in detail. Resuming my visit I could say that it was a great experience.

The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The medical team was knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. This was my first time visiting this office, and the experience was outstanding. NP Pargas and Ashley provided top-tier care with a genuine human touch and great professionalism. He answered every single one of my questions using language that was very easy to understand. The atmosphere here is different from any other office I’ve been to. I also want to give a special thanks to Gabriela, who handled my results over the phone; she was extraordinary, extremely kind, and cleared up all my doubts. Even though this office is far from my house, I am definitely staying with them. Highly recommended!

My experience with Dr. Yusnaida Hernandez was excellent. She is incredibly caring, friendly, and professional. She explains everything in a clear, calm, and easy-to-understand manner, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend her. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the front desk staff members was not as positive. Upon arrival, I provided my ID and insurance card. I was told my ID was no longer needed, but my insurance card would be kept to make a copy/scan. After my appointment, I realized my insurance card had not been returned. When I asked about it, I was told it was not there, and there was minimal effort made to properly search for it. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience or concern this situation caused. Losing

Excellent experience. The provider was very attentive, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I fully understood the treatment plan. The appointment was thorough and unhurried, and the instructions were very well explained. I left feeling confident and reassured about my care. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I would definitely recommend.
