When we called to schedule, we were able to get an appointment the same week, which was wonderful. They sent all the registration paperwork by text ahead of time, which made the process incredibly simple and saved me from trying to fill everything out in the office while chasing my kids around the lobby. This was our first visit with this practice, and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff was so polite and encouraging with my kiddos (ages 2 and 4). The exam was thorough and very kid-friendly. Overall, we had a great experience!

This was our first visit after leaving Dr. O’Cull‘s office in Vanceburg due to his retirement. I had Devin as a hygienist. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Buchanan was my dentist and he was also very professional, courteous, and friendly. My daughters, Macy and Jaden were there the day before and had Jersey as their dental hygienist and they said she did an excellent job and they were very pleased with her service. They had Dr. Bryant and said she was great as well! Other staff encountered at the desk were very friendly and professional. The facility is very nice. Overall, we would describe our experience as excellent!!! Thank you

Dr. Thompson is very kind and dedicated to his patients. This practice takes care to ensure that patients are satisfied with how things are done. My experience thus far has been above average when compared to other practices in this area. I was given options of 3 treatment plans to meet my needs and budget. If you want to get your smile back without judgement, I highly recommend this practice.

I had an excellent experience at my recent cleaning and exam. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the Dentist took time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean and welcoming. I left feeling well cared for and highly recommend this practice!

The hygienist was condescending. Having met me for the first time she was telling me about my dental history without knowing me or having seen my records. Telling me I am incorrect when I am the one who knows, and has lived it did not sit well with me. That being said I will not be returning there. I would recommend listening instead of attempting to educate me. I have seen specialists for many years who have all said the same to me. You do not know nor are you properly educated on my issues and the treatment I need.
