Kroger Pharmacy

This pharmacy treats their customers like they are peasants. They act as if the are above anyone they wait on. I don’t understand why they are aloud to profile prescriptions. I don’t care what the prescriptions are they should be filled in the order they are received. That’s not the case here. They NEVER fill mine without me having to go there and ask even after receiving the text that they got it. They had it a day and a half and then told me it would still be after 3 before they could have it. They need to stop profiling people!!!!

It would be nice if they were able to give options for flavors of antibiotics. My son has sensory issues that make certain flavors near impossible to get him to take. I shouldn't have struggle to get medicine into my son just because the pharmacy can't pick the flavor.

If I cld give negative stars I wld yeah some of the staff is friendly but let me tell y this pharmacist think they are doctors and will hold your medication when they don’t like the type of medication u receive until u call their Daddy aka Dr and he calls and tells them it’s ok and to give me my meds!! This happens everytime I go! It’s a huge hassle when it’s approved once u shouldn’t have to approve every flipping time! People with unbearable pain awaiting a second back surgery are on the edge of not wanting to live life bc the pain is so bad so for someone to play around with your meds and hold them bc they just don’t want I to have them! Your not a Dr and I hope ur not the cause to a lot of people suicides bc I cld definitely see u being the cause to sending someone in unbearable pain o

I had to use this pharmacy during the snow storm Of January 2025. I was Told my medicine would be ready in 20 minutes, my husband was die to be at work. Came back in 20 minutes and The pharmacist had left . Another man walked up to the counter and was not even aware of the Prescription. If I didn't need it I would've waited until after the storm and snow and ice had melted but, I needed it so I had to go in that day. The hatred I received from the Other guy for asking why I had been here an hour over a 20 minute " Supposed wait" I will never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I pray I don't ever have to use it again. I don't care if you have 1 or 1,000 prescriptions it doesn't take much to just be good and honest. And GET SOME HELP! And some medicine. Y'all never keep any meds for people .

Thank you Jesyca and team for your outstanding service!!! We will be using your pharmacy from now on thanks to your kindness and care for our daughter. You all are the only pharmacy to be open during bad storms. AND with only 5 mins till close you made sure our VERY sick daughter got her meds.; even though you also still had to put my insurance in (b/c we’re new patients). You are absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for caring about us in our time of need; we cannot thank you enough!!!
