Dr. Chris and staff are pretty sweet! Warm and inviting office. They are efficient and no nonsense while still making you feel super important and valued. I had not been to a dentist in 5 years and they put me at ease. Doc did a great job on 3 fillings I needed. Also got a new electric tooth brush which was long overdue they finally talked me into it.

Dr. Johnston has been great at helping me through a immense fear of dentists. He’s gentle and kind. And Gretchen does a great job too! Also gentle during cleaning. Nice that she is very complimentary if you’re doing a good job of brushing & flossing. Usually you only hear if you’re doing a bad job!! The girls out front are always very friendly and helpful!! Even though I’ve moved away from Hastings and could find a new dentist much closer, I will keep coming back to River Pines!! Barbara Holtz

I was thrilled to find River Pines Dental. In my search for the perfect dentist, I called 15 different offices in our surrounding area. My last call was River Pines and I instantly knew my search was over. Monica was so kind and patient. She answered every question I had and even gave me information I didn't know to ask! Our appointments with them have been so smooth and upbeat! Dr. Johnston and Ashley were kind to my children and made me feel at ease. Everyone at this dental office has gone above and beyond our expectations. I'm so thankful we found a wonderful dental "home".

The staff at River Pines Dental is fantastic! Just had my teeth cleaned and it took one hour; most dental offices only spend 20-25 minutes for a teeth cleaning. When you leave River Pines Dental your teeth are so CLEAN you don't want to eat and dirty them! River Pines Dental, YOU ARE THE BEST!

I had to look for a new dentist after the one I've had all my life retired. Dr. Johnston was so polite and reassuring. I gwt very anxious during dental work. He was calm, comforting and talked me through everything he was doing. He made a root canal very easy and put me at ease. If looking for a new dentist this is the place to go!
