We had the most magical spa day at Caring Hands! Beth gave a phenomenal massage. The owner is so wonderful - she truly thinks of every detail and gave the best hospitality around. We will definitely be back!

This place is hiding a secret!! Her name is Alana and she specializes in barefoot massage. Yes, you read that right! The massage uses the strength and maneuverability of her feet. As someone who suffers from inflammatory arthritis, massage can be tricky for me. If it's too intense, I can flare the next day. Too light, then I get no relief. After seeing word of this on Facebook, it intrigued me so I gave it a try. OMG!! Where has this been my whole life? It was amazing! The toes (versus fingers), the heel (versus elbow), and the larger coverage of a foot (versus) hands...it just has a much nicer feel and larger variance for intensity. Gravity can really help Alana push and stretch some of those tight muscles more than hand strength can do, especially in my case of low back pain. It is simp
