I had work with Dr Rachel Allgor to get my father a new set of hearing aid and was impressed with her willingness to listen and provided solutions to my father's concern with dropping and losing his previous devices. She was extremely friendly and patient with us and had beautiful smile to make us feel welcome and at ease. Teresa our greeter was also very patient and helpful greeting us with utmost respect. The Hastings location was a bit far from Mpls but the professional staff made it worth the trip so thank you Journey audiology for providing friendly and knowledgeable staff to work with us.

No nonsense. Had my first appointment for evaluation. Staff is friendly and informative. Facilities are convenient and pleasant. Dr. Allgor, besides being amiable, was knowledgeable, candid and informative. Their pricing is straighforward and reasonable. I look forward to my fitting appointment.

Dr Rachel was wonderful and caring. My father is currently not able to be mobile, and Dr Rachel made arrangements to go to him for much needed maintenance and adjustments. It is wonderful to see such caring, thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Dr. Rachel was the best! She handled my Grandpa, who can be very stubborn, with such grace and finally convinced him he NEEDED hearing aids. We have been trying to get him to get them for years! It's been great now that he can actually hear now. Thanks again!

Thank you Rachel and team. Honestly I was super nervous about the entire testing process and results. I knew I had hearing loss and the tinnitus complicates things. Having you explain the medical piece as well as the treatment plan was extremely reassuring. My hearing is are working great and I look forward to moving forward with tinnitus cognitive treatment.
