Rite Aid Pharmacy

I have been coming here for about 15 years for my medication, but I have had some major issues with the service recently. Maybe they are understaffed or overly busy, but I called in a prescription, but I never heard back, and when I came back 2 days later, it hadn't been filled. When I got home, I noticed that another prescription had only been filled for 10 days, instead of the usual 30 days, but no one had mentioned this. When I tried to call the pharmacy to check on things, the phone system doesn't work, and I can't get through to the pharmacy, and when it does, I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. If you’re new to the area, try a different pharmacy first. I filled out paperwork to transfer medications to this pharmacy, came by once a week for three weeks, and each time met the same responses of being understaffed and not having me in their system. I filled out the same new paperwork the first two visits and, when they didn’t have it on the third visit, the pharmacist said, “are you sure you want us to be your pharmacy? You should take your business elsewhere.”
