Was referred to doctor jen by a chiropractor due to my health issues. Went for testing, did everything I was supposed to do. The office made mistakes both times. The first was a refrigerated issue with a supplement. No big deal. Second was a welness package. I needed that package by a certain date due to court and attorney appointments from my father's death. The package was sent to the wrong address, which i never heard of. I had to reschedule ith my attorney and the probste courts because my package was sent somewhere else. I will visit your clinic once a month. I have come to know multiple members of your staff by first name and really enjoyed them and they are apart of my healing journey. The service that I receive when I come in for my appointments is phenomenal. I have tried multiple supplements that I now can’t live without. I have yet to experience the new massage therapist that has recently joined your team I have herd phenomenal things about her and I am expecting to get an appointment with her but her schedule is limited and so is mine. With that being said I make the one hour and 10 minute drive to your clinic at least once a month because the service that I receive is outstanding and a major part of my healing journey. I have recently participated in Dr.Jen’s Gut repair challenge. I highly recommend! I haven’t felt this great in a long time. My glucose levels are now in range. As a Type 2 diabetic, I have struggled to regulate my levels. Now I am confident that I can use the information from Dr. Jen, and continue to heal.
